This game is called Penguinoid and this is similar to the classic breakout game but you break those blocks using penguins.

Make those penguins jump on the see-saw and break those blocks. Make sure that you are there with your see-saw when the penguin who just jumped need a place to land and make the other penguin jump. You get three penguins and after you miss all those three and make them fall the game is over. A quite interesting version of the breakout game.
